Do you have any link showing Mike Shea has hundreds of millions of shares?

And that his intention is to dump these hundreds of millions of shares to buy a yacht to cruise the LI Sound in?

As to the Feds ridding the market of pink scams, they are obviously waaaay behind the 8-Ball in their duty to protect the market.
