Have to get to .10 to get the shares needed...

4 Billion added Cuspid and name change will take out 16 Billion...

That is in effect a 50% share retirement or $5.00...

Do a little 10:1 clean-up and you are at...

$50.00 per share and a a/s a little over 1 Billion...

Plus a added FLOAT LOCK

Think that figures to 1 50-100 Billion Dollar Company when the FAT LADY SING...

and she will !!!
