You need to tell your lawyer friend to call Visa and Mastercard as they need his help because they don't know it is legal. They will pay him hundreds of thousands of dollars for his legal advice on how they can process MMJ purchases legally.

It seems you "lawyer" friend isn't all that well versed in Federal laws or he wouldn't have made such a stupid comment.
