SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO (SIRI) - Toby update 12/30/05

Sirius Satellite Radio announced that it recently topped more than 3 million subscribers to its service and expects a strong finish for the year. The new subscriber figure meets a target Sirius set at the beginning of last month to end the year with more than 3 million customers. It had started the quarter with 2.17 million subscribers.

In other news, Sirius CEO Mel Karmazin and Howard Stern will preside over the Nasdaq opening bell on Tuesday, Jan. 3, to celebrate the Jan. 9 debut of "The Howard Stern Show" on Sirius.

The show will broadcast exclusively Monday through Friday on
Sirius channels 100 and 101.
