Once he rules, the pps will reflect his ruling.



Disagree here. The markets will price in their expectations. They could be right or wrong but it is going to move well before the judgement, of this there is no doubt. After the ruling there will be an re-evaluation and if it is in the high end big bets will come in. If it is in the low end money will be taken off the table.
