Arper: the Jury awarded a RR of 3.5% and the ONLY base introduced as evidence in the trial is 20.9% of US revenues. So yes, the supplemental damages are calculated from the jury's damages award (3.5%) RR to the proper base (20.9%). What cannot be changed is the 15.8 mill the jury awarded as past damages...but the future RR can be applied correctly as I'm sure HJJ will do.
