No, this is a copy and paste I did from IBH's posting of HJJ's order ( post: xxx35) that says supplemental damages are to be calc from jury's damages award. Since the jury (as Postyle would so precisely word it, lol) ALLEGEDLY made a a decimal point error. GOOG will argue that the supplemental damages should be calc from the actual print number the jury filled in on the sheet, i.e. the 30.9 mill base, not the "correct" base. It's the d*** decimal point thingy again........
