I am very dissapointed in GameznFlix as a company right now, not just as a shareholder but as a subscriber.

I recently bought two gift certificates, one for my brother and one for my sister. They loved the idea of it and said they could deffinately use it as they don't have time to go to the movie store or just don't want to take the time to drive all the way to one and become a member and yadda yadda etc....

So today I get a call from both my brother and sister saying they can't sign up with there gift certificates because it is asking for there credit card information and niether one of them have credit cards. Now what I don't understand is why does gameznflix need THERE credit card information when I ALREADY PAID FOR THE MEMBERSHIPS with MY CREDIT CARD?

So basically the memberships I got them are useless now unless they apply for a credit card, which neither one of them want to do because they don't like/and or need one. Or unless I sign up for them AGAIN with my credit card information, which I have tried to do and it says that my info is wrong and it cannot be processed, which is ridiculous because it is the same credit card I used to buy the gift certificates, and they already charged my card so I know it works.

I am truly enraged by this right now, both as a concerned shareholder and paying subscriber.


Sorry guys I had to vent about this, im really pissed off right now.
