AUMY - It is definitely the same Andrew Godfrey.

I see they issued him 6,000,000,000 shares for consulting services (no charge) and majority control of the shell. Since he has played a prominent role in facilitating money laundering through shares sales using off shore entities for several dirty tickers and dirty insiders my guess is his "consulting" role was helping to set up those Seychelles, Cayman Island, and Belize entities that now belong to anonymous AUMY insiders.

AUMY has almost no value as the share structure currently stands. If they are going to run that as a future insider enrichment scheme you might be seeing a reverse split soon.

I would recommend contacting the Delaware SOS on a regular basis and checking for new amendments and keeping close track of the share structure for AUMY.
