Hey glassy...hope all is well with you.Acccording to my read the only thing that can stop the other stores from being added at whatever stage would be by breach of contract and with 10 day notice plus 5 day grace.I am only taking that from the filing.To pull the plug silently would seem totally out of the question IMO since all promos are still in place.That in itself speaks volumes IMO for the success of the pilot and if pilot is successful then how much more so with all 600+ stores?CC has a birdsnest on the ground with this deal and has no reason to pull out IMHO....Simple
