To Bar and Gar...I like to use simple logic to prove a point..

Carrie's salary and incentives are first recommended and approved by the Board of Directors..Then approved by proxy of
the shareholders..Why offer her this high of a salary?..Simple logic..Not to lose her to another company..It's done in every
corporation that wants to keep their top management..

As far as her being married..I offered, she turned me down..
