Yes for sure PYCT has been illegally naked shorted to no end. And the shorters havent had to pay a margin or a fee or nothing. Bank robbers don't pay taxes on their stolen money. Some one has sold billions of shares without providing those shares. I hope this name change and symbol change and a new cuspid number and a free trading divi that has a value will change everything.
