Well, since you obviously have no idea what a lisencing agreement is, it's not my job to explain it to you. Without TMMI's proprietary technology, the tech never worked propery. Otherwise, Iterated would have gone and done this themselves a long time agin. I think the best person to understand that would be Alan Sloan himself who sits on the TMMI advisory board.
How does HP just take proprietary TMMI tech? Why wouldn't they simply take the royalty payments. Maybe they will want to renegotiate if the agreement really expired, which you haven't proved one bit. You think TMMI can't hire lawyers to read a lisencing agreement?
