zenus, how does HP get paid if TMM does not have a valid contract with them to use their technology? The original contracts had royalty figures in them but they all went kaput due to non-payment and are long expired anyway. I would worry that HP will wait until TMM has something then they just come take it, if Dimension leaves anything when they are done with TMM.
