I expect we'll not only be hearing but seeing proof of that before the end of the year possibly sooner.

Problem with that statement is we have been hearing it every year for the last at least 5yrs.
What exactly is going on this year that has not been going on for the last 5yrs?
By all the evidence available I see nothing different this year then the last 5yrs.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
