the final payment of 100M for the CVR is if Marqibo does 400M in sales in a calendar year, ya, thats going to happen. so subtract that and they basically sold the company for 106M. Anyone down for a class action suit becuase they basically gave away the company for free. They have been saying Marqibo sales would be 100M a year. If thats the case why would you sell teh company for 206 with the final 100M payment if Marqibo does 400M in sales in one year. We also get 5M if Menadione is approved, well you can tell by the huge some of money that the trial results were horrible.
