Not sure what your talking about but we have known for some time that total o/s after all is said and done is 459M. I dont know what your talking about dilution over the past year. WP gives them cash as needed to operate for about 3 months and they draw down as needed. WP always had the option to purchase the remaining preferred which we all know they would so for the past year its been 459M shares outstanding, thats worst case and thats what it will be.
