OPINION PLEASE!

OK you can rant on me, but i am just a little old lady, so be kind...lol well not that old.

I was listening to a radio talk show on a trip yesterday and it was said that our returning troops receive a check for approx. $7,000.00 (Seven Thousand) have not researched this yet....
The victims families of the 911 towers are to receive (One Million+) each.
If our homes are bombed or destroyed by a terrorist attack,we are unable to insure because of war/terrorist attacks, so therefore we have nothing.
I honestly sympathize with any victims families for their loss, but i still find something terribly wrong with this picture.
Our troops should be compensated much more aggressively then thay are, (they are putting their lives at risk for us) MY GOD
they are HEROS !!!!!
Am i uneducated in this department ? /or does anyone out there agree with me...Freezing Sadaams and his sons and croonies assets, would compensate our troops in a manner they sooooooo
deserve....most of the families of the troops are strapped anyway and after returning home , their lives should be stress free.
