Unfortunately none of these cases are panning out for the prosecution or were settled prior to going to civil court. Second, none of these cases involve criminal accusations, all are/were civil cases, meaning the ones that initiate the lawsuits are after money. Third, these cases are personal cases (i.e. have no impact on the company) involving Mr. Dwyer. Remember, this is a corporation not a sole proprietorship.
