well I say not. for NO ONE can state what they got, IF THEY SOLD ANYTHING, so until all info is there no way at all to call dilution.

Well, someone sold something. There have been individual trades in the last week which have exceeded the entire pre R/S float.

It's pretty safe to call dilution.
