119, I love the whole tablet concept. I've said so before that I am looking at a design from Motion Computing. They OEM their design to Gateway, and there is a local store in my area. Supposedly, they will have a Centrino version this Summer, but until then, it comes with 866MHz or 933MHz ULV Pentium III-M. Here is the website.

Edit: The screen size of the Motion Computing is larger - 12.1", vs 10.4" for the HP TC1000. It has similar memory specs (256M-512M SDRAM), similar hard drive size (30-40GB), similar battery size (40WH), similar weight ("under 3lb"), but the TC1000 might have a slightly better graphics solution (GeForce2 Go vs. 830 integrated graphics).

Add some of the benefits of Centrino: faster DDR memory, better processor architecture, 802.11a/b dual band coming this Summer, faster 855 graphics (2x 830 performance), and I think it's worth the wait. I also appreciate the larger screen. 2 inches makes a big difference at that size, IMHO.
