Are the folks at RKT still "giddy" with excitement?
Below is a post I wrote more than three months ago, and of course it received negative evaluations from some of the other posters. I mentioned I would check in every three months to see how the "project" is progressing.
So, how is the Jacksonville project "progressing"?

I'll try simplifying and being very clear.
There will be no construction of any combution chamber/pyrolitic device on any RKT landfill. 3 months from now, 3 years from now, 9 years from now, NEVER.
There won't be any concrete poured, no physical anything done. No transportation of any construction materials, NADA NADA NADA
The agreement with RKT commits neither party to anything. Further, all expenses for any work done on the "project" would be contractually born by JBI.
IMO, it's purpose was to confuse the naive into thinking a major shared project was under way, and it seemed to accomplish this pretty well, at least for the last 19 months or so ... "to confuse" for what purposes? ... that's for scholars of the OTC to explain.
