Right on cue Bill!Misleading info,and incomplete sentences.I only mentioned VDK 2.0 was part of the license agreement that TMMI has had with IS,Inc going back to 93';I said TS was ordered to give back the code to TMMI by the court,if it was the VDK 2.0,okay,on which he said,it was missing or it was lost,some stupid excuse.I said Larry Panik was given a copy of the code from I S,Inc,and the whole purpose Larry Panik was given that code,it was to be used for TMMI/DFMI working together,or at least were suppose to be working together,as told by Bruce Hoyt,Larry Panik,and Joe Stratter on siliconinvestors.com,but Larry Panik had a different plan in mind,and set forth the soliciting of funds to open Dimension,Inc,which he did in 2006 while he was still CEO of DFMI!!I also said,in the past many times over that shady deals went down between DFI/DFMI Dave Elliot Mike Fernandez Dan Shields Larry Panik with a host of others.Bill,why do you think TS didn't give back the code to DFMI maybe because he knew of Larry Panik's plan.You think?Bill what you left out was the biggest part of that message I posted,and that was Dr Sloan never signed off on that code,or VDK 2.0 so that would of voided any code Larry Panik had received from I S,Inc,as it was his invention,going back to 1987 with Dr Barnsley and Kramer,And that would be against the law.Intellectual Propert rights!.Larry Panik had no right using that code,back then or today with Dimension,Inc Thats property of TMMI!!!!!
