Once again you posted a deception. Tom Simpson was ordered to give the VDK2.0 back to DFMI, not TMMI. And you accuse me of twisting things?

With your half right admission, how do you think TMMI had any rights to that codec when Mike Fernandez (then President of TMMI) was Simpson's legal advisor on that case that they lost? Then, to make matters worse, they turned around and spent 11.5 million shares to buy stolen property.
