Withdrawal of the lawsuit had NOTHING to do with how much money EDWY had. If that was the case, any competent lawyer who were going after the money knew it was a waste of time.

Lawyers study their chances of winning the case carefully but that is only 50% of the work. When they file lawsuit and meet the other part that is only the time that they can truly see their chance of winning. I am sure EDWY had something to do with quiet withdrawal of the lawsuit after the two companies met.

Just because the lawsuit was dropped does not mean EDWY was right it is more likely that there is no money to go after so why continue?
