That's exactly what I wrote about,your conscience,and how you need to write a story so people will like you,but you twist the story around.Yes I read the court order.Yes I saw that TS didn't give the code to TMMI as instructed by the court,but what right did Larry Panik have for taking a copy that he received from I S,Inc and use that copy for opening another company,while working as CEO of DFMI?None.Larry Panik had no right lying to investors behind their backs.All blame shifted to the management of TMMI when this happen,after Larry Panik/Bruce Hoyt/Joe Stratter closed up shop on siliconinvestors.com,and after securing/soliciting funds from future investors on their new venture.Dimension Inc which was started up when Larry Panik;Who was still CEO of DFMI.The intent,and whole purpose of Larry Panik getting that copy of the code from Iterated Systems was to be used with TMMI,but Larry Panik had another plan,and I think we all know now what that plan was.That plan was to take the DFMI team,open the new company Dimension,Inc and move forward with his new investors while leaving TMMI far behind.Larry Panik had already set the ball in motion with the opening of Dimension,Inc the year before 2006.Bill;TMMI does have a license agreement through IS,Inc for the VDK line 1.0 through 2.0 and owns TRUDEF outright this goes back to 93'.This will be discuss in court.Bill stop repeating issues of TS and his sworn testaments.That copy of the original code that came from IS,Inc was from the creative minds of PTK/Dr Barnsley/Dr Sloan,and that's DISCOVERY!Bill read the law on Intellectual Property rights!Bill unless Dr Sloan signed over that copy of the code,and we all know he didn't.You have stated,someone else signed the copy of the code over to Larry Panik.I wonder who that was!Dr Sloan left Mediabin prior to the merge with Interwoven.That contract or copy of the code would be voided.That is called"Copyrights and Trade Secrets"Dr Sloan was the only one that could release that code,and he never did!Now we all wait for Judge Ellsworth to render her decision of whether this case to goes to trial or not!Bill if this case goes to trial Larry Panik,and Defense team will have a very hard time proving Discovery,as this code,originated from Dr Barnsley 1987....
