Jay, being a considerate man, I would think most people would want others to like or respect them. I own a ton of shares of TMMI and want them to do well. I don't think they're going to do well in this lawsuit. That, to me, is a shame. We have a world class advisory board, a President/CEO that's been succesful everywhere else and yet they somehow filed this suit without doing the proper DD. As I'm sure Phil will tell you, the original lawsuit was filed on the testimony of a known liar. They accused an employee of stealing the codec and giving it to Panik's crew.....all based on Simpson's two sworn testaments.
They've evidently backed off of that as it's totally gone in the amended complaint. You say you have the whole transcript from the Simi Valley case. You saw that the judge ordered Simpson to give the codec back to DFMI. You read within the transcripts Simpson even said it belonged to DFMI. Yet he sells it to TMMI in 2012. What part of the above makes you think that TMMI owns VDK 2.0 and that TMMI didn't buy stolen property? By the way, the President of TMMI was the legal advisor to Simpson on that case. How could TMMI not know this? That, (IMO) is where TMMI may get their underwear stripped from them. And, it's all a shame as they didn't research the guy that (per reports) they were previously suing for forging Fernandez's signature on documents.
It is obvious that Dimension's patent scared the crap out of them and instead of having any communications with Panik they filed a suit. As such, I've lost faith in this group.
Your next question is probably why haven't I sold all of my shares then??? Good question. The only answer I can give you is that it's probably for the same reason that I've followed this stock now for 23 years. TMMI's promise was and is still alluring.
