My3, my head is no longer in the sand. I will call 'em as I see 'em.

If my goal was to short the stock today, I would be encouraging everyone here to add shares and stay or go long. If you note a couple new members on the board - their motives are not in line with their words.

As for me, I will continue to add or sell based on my belief of the company's ability to monetize its patent portfolio. Right now, that ability has been greatly weakened and insanity reigns in the corporate office:

but we may need to create our own luck by demanding a change in the management team, the board, and our attorneys.
