John Powers has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Storm Alternative and Renewable Energy Corp. (SAREC) since 2008.

If John Powers did even a google search of his former business partner (Eric Cousens)he would have know this while he was with SAREC. I wonder if he just didnt care? People with poor character usually hang around other people with poor character.

According to Telegraph archives, Cousens has an extensive history with the law. Most recently, he was charged in August 2008 with forms of domestic violence including simple assault, criminal threatening and false imprisonment.

Almost a year earlier, he was charged with second-degree assault, criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime or injury after allegedly beating his ex-girlfriend and threatening to hurt her if she called police. Dating back to 2002, he’s had several charges of simple assault and criminal threatening lodged against him and then dropped.

In November 2002, he was found guilty of driving while intoxicated and had his license revoked for three months. Other charges including criminal mischief, carrying a weapon without a license, driving without a valid license and three violations of bail conditions were dropped.

This more recent charges are even worse. This guy is a real douchbag!
