Janice, I think the regulators should set stricter standards on who can be approved for a reverse merger (i.e. small private companies that are already operating and profitable with a sustainable business model), and only allow those companies into our financial markets. This way, we can eliminate all those who are looking to sell the next best but questionable widget or science. ;)
