Ace, what you are suggesting is playing right into Hilal's planned strategy namely stalling off SH for as long as possible (namely forever). We have already waited over 7 years and to suggest we should wait even a day longer for FH to get his SH plan together is ridiculous.

Especially since there is no SH plan!

People here need to understand that if a miracale should happen and Hilal did release some news we could always suspend any legal action. But the legal route takes a long time to run its course and this is why we need to begin the process now not later.

I am repledging my previously allotted shares towards legal expenses and attorney fees.
