Based on Hilal's conversation with Ramspace IMO we should quickly move forward with the lawsuit.
Personally after waiting here since 2004 and this trading at .0001 I do not think many of us are satisfied with FH 40K payment of the filing (per his words) so he could be a regular company again. And what the hell does that mean anyway??
