If however they do have a device that does heat water, as I tend to believe is the case, but that just doesn't have a chance of becoming the marketable products they have claimed, then continuing on makes much sense to me

If you believe this is the case, then I say we're in a much better place than this being an outright scam. If they have a product that heats water but just not to the claims they made, then at least we have a chance for something to happen and recover the pps. I think we all know in our hearts that this is not the case, hence my question about why they would continue this charade to make their case worse in the eyes of the AMF or any other investigative body.

There appears to be no logic to this whole venture, other than these clowns actually believe they have something when they don't and they just continue to try and make lemonade out of oranges.
