You mean 250 million Outstanding.They are Authorized 2.5 billion.No wonder the pps has sunk for the past month.Once they get all 2.5 billion out there this will be a .0001 ask no bid stock.Then they reverse split and start all over again.Pennyland is full of these Pump and Dump plays.
