But for me one more snag like this and I'll be convinced they have nothing and are stalling.

Stalling for what purpose? We are all desperately hoping for a miracle here because of how much we invested but it's pretty clear they have nothing. Don't know how many more wake up calls we need but not much we can do about it. When it's all said and done and it's confirmed they have nothing, then hopefully legal action takes place and justice gets served.

For now, I ask again and again, what are they stalling for? Don't say, like others have, it is to delay the inevitable of being persecuted because that theory makes no sense to me since they're only digging themselves a bigger hole by continuing this charade (if it is a charade).
