can you please show me a link that this statement you made is true?

The pr stated that over the last 18 months that they had "issued"
470 million shares. NOT that they sold them!!!

You can issue shares as collateral for a loan.

The filing stated that they raised $3 million by selling equity.
Nobody knows how many and for how much. JUst that is was done on June 6th.
