A small real profit is better than a fantasy large one.
This couldn't be more spot on, and its the main reason this is trading the way it has since that one fateful PR. It's starting to become clear to me now why they did it. They knew the current bloated outstanding shares could not support their current revenue stream if their goal is to continually expand (and expand they have been).
I'm betting on dilution once the RS takes place, but at more favorable prices, and with less 500k-1million share blocks hitting the BID, it's more favorable for institutional investors who'll want to stay around a while and accumulate. Yes, it sucks; yes, we were slightly screwed here, but overall: their model is a money maker and it is taking off. The 470 million shares sold for .0063 average, and heck...just months ago this was treading .000's.
I call it as I see it, and don't mind having my million+ shares be 10000's if the revenue and expansion can be further funded by favorable funding.
