BIZM - additional research
So we all know that BIZM got suspended today by the SEC siting issues with how certain Biozoom affiliates and shareholders may have unjustifiably relied upon Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933 and they, Biozoom, and others may be engaged in an unlawful distribution of securities through the OTCBB. http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2013/34-69841.pdf http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2013/34-69841-o.pdf
Janice correctly points out that the BIZM shell listed itself as a shell company as recently as February of 2013 prior to the merger with Biozoom. Based on that information BIZM shareholders are required to wait at least 12 months before their stock can be made free trading relying on rule 144. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=89371519
Janice questions which attorney was involved in writing the opinion letters to make the stock dumped during the BIZM pump&dump illegally free trading.
We know that David Lubin was involved in taking the shell public initially, but he was long gone before the BIZM insiders showed up.
We know that after David Lubin left Schneider Weinberger LLP was involved to some extent for an undetermined amount of time.
Currently BIZM lists Brunson, Chandler & Jones, PLLC as their attorney on the OTC Markets page http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BIZM/company-info
The only other ticker using this attorney is CSSI http://www.otcmarkets.com/research/service-provider/Brunson-Chandler-&-Jones-PLLC?id=5210&b=n&filterOn=3
In their most recently quarterly report, CSSI gives us the following information about this group: http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=CSSI&id=105840
Name: Chase Chandler
Firm: Brunson, Chandler & Jones, PLLC
Address 1: Walker Center 175 South Main, 15th Floor
Address 2: Salt Lake City, UT 84111
Going back just a couple of months in another CSSI filing we find out that Chase Chandler just two months ago was working for David Rees at Vincent & Rees http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=CSSI&id=102041
Name: Chase Chandler
Firm: Vincent & Rees
Address 1: Walker Center
Address 2: Salt Lake City, UT, 84111
Last year David Rees was named in SEC litigation for his role in helping some of the original Awesome Penny Stocks crew with at least one of their pump&dump schemes, Recycle Tech Inc http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2012/comp-pr2012-82-2.pdf
Since both Brunson, Chandler & Jones PLLC and Vincent & Rees share the same address and phone number, it appears that since David Rees was named in litigation by the SEC then subsequently prohibited from writing any more attorney letters by the OTC markets, his law firm morphed to continue the same illegal practices that got the firm named in litigation in the first place http://www.otcmarkets.com/research/prohibited-attorney
What is probably just as interesting as the link between Chase Chandler and David Rees is the fact that the BIZM hard mailers were mailed from Salt Lake City, Utah, Permit #6563 https://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/BIZM-2013-06.pdf
I wondered why Salt Lake City, Utah since BIZM had no links to that city in their filings, but now knowing that their attorney is from Salt Lake City, Utah the picture becomes a little more clear.
Since young York Chase Chandler is just a wet nosed attorney I have a feeling he might be taking orders/instructions from an older more experienced attorney. http://www.myutahbar.org/PublicDirectory/PublicDirectory.aspx?s=chandler&m=11533 http://promotionstocksecrets.com/biozoom-inc-bizm-this-pump-dump-seems-all-too-familiar/
