Your response makes no sense and your attempt to whitewash mgt equally so. At this point in time with a victorious (?) court case behind us we should be counting the $ signs .We should not be bickering. nor speculating on the future of IDCC. It should have been up and away as many had predicted. It should have been a shot to the moon if our patents are as strong as mgt,asserts. I do not think that anyone knows for sure what money is comong in from whom and when. We do not know for a certainty which of our licensees are paying or for that matter who they are. We now are faced with an un named indemnifier When does it stop? Any serious investor has to pose these questions to mgt. and expect an answer. There are no more sealed documents to hide behind. Idcc was a screaming buy and perhaps still is but not without the help of mgt. who it seems has been blindsided by Eric and now perhaps by Qcom. and who else?. Have unloaded 20000shares. Still sitting with 50000 plus calls and puts. Have 20 Apr. 20 puts and hoping for the best Just MO Attack!!
