Bill: While I am admittedly cautiously excited about recent press releases, the NIBA conference (which you reported on briefly) and the current uptick in volume and price, I am not sure what can be gleaned from the recent stock purchase and overall position of the Bahl Gaynor Fund. They just added 14000 shares which, at $0.09 is only a $1,260 investment by a $5.4B Fund. And, its total position is only 150,000 shares which are worth less than $15,000. I personally have a boatload more shares than that which is itself not saying much given the share price. I would of course rather see funds buying VLDI than not and this purchase and position you reference can't be a bad thing. I just would not put much "stock" in it.
