Stock price should be soaring.Instead It seems that this problem of indemnification is getting noticed and holding the stock price down. Once more too much uncertainty. To all you defenders of mgt, will they ever say something that is clearly understood by all. and as usual much speculation by posters guessing as to what is involved in the qcom contract.
