Looks that way...we'll know soon...Standard discount in the OTC world...no wonder the price tanked before the news and after.

3/470 = .00638 average price per share for these new equity holders. It will be interesting to see who they are.

Still not back in yet, but extremely happy with the profit I made here...was going to be here long term, but did not like how the Hodges handled things, but I'm watching and following here.
