This is the 470mm shares mentioned in the press release. It is a private placement, shares that will not be in the trading market, and probably is in exchange for working capital. Old news, really, and the lack of response to it on Friday indicates that it was already digested. Extremely bullish as those shares are tucked away by someone who is in it for the long haul.
