I can assure you Ironfire , we all share your frustration & displeasure as to the past delays & yes you are right, lack of Communication with us customers in regards to the shipment of orders, up to now at least.

Even i , still have Not received 9- other orders still outstanding as we speak.

Saying this, in a constructive criticism way, I can assure you AL is very well aware of the initial problems with these first 500 Orders, and is doing everything possible to correct it, to make sure this never happens again.

He now has New Boxes, hired additional personal to help package them and look for even more up dates to come.

Bottom line with all the Orders now FLOWING In Ha ha, I bet AL is truly going to be very busy and I was told all the past orders should ALL be out by next week.

I hope so for i too also ordered 2-cases of Pet as well.

All in ALL - this is just RE-Start up Growing pains , but now that AL has just learned how to Walk, as they say, watch him Learn to RUN and have each and every order he receives soon go out within 24 Hrs of receiving them. IMO
