My PET bottles have not arrived yet either. I ordered, basically to test their product and service, in May. As an investor, I will be patient and wait, but I doubt that most non-shareholders will, without clear communication from the company. There definitely needs to be better communication from the company. They shouldn't wait until the frustrated customers have to ask them what happened to their order. An email should go out to everyone who purchased water, explaining the reason for the delay. At least it might reassure them that their money didn't wind up in Nigeria or something.
Pleasant Springs is a goldmine. It would be a shame to wash it all down the creek on bad service.
