Psychology in the markets


People think it is safe, now that they get to pay Top Dollar LOL Media says so, so it must be true. LOL A $300K home payment a month ago was $1280 at 3.5% one month later it is $1445 at 4.5% - $1529 at 5% which was quoted yesterday. Nobody knows about this as the media is quiet about it. Real Estate runs in Herds, so when this comes to a end, it really comes to an end.
