Clancy, Just to clarify...

If the Company is doing good, the insiders, in this case the "Two People" who happen to run everything, know its doing good, why would they sell?

So the buying opportunity would be indicated if these two don't begin selling when their shares become unrestricted?

Is that what you are saying? If they keep their shares they are sending a signal that the future looks bright for Medify?
