Dilution is a possibility of course... if "management" sells their shares into the market.

Alternatively, PPS can tend to increase when "management" stands to gain monetarily. Afterall, each penny increase is worth $450,000. (Aren't there only 2 people in MFYS management?) I'm not trying to impugn anybody's reputation or suggest anything dubious. But these things tend to happen in even the biggest of the blue chips.

Might be a buying opportunity.

Again... does anybody know the specific date when the shares become unrestricted? We should all keep a sharp eye on MFYS as this date nears.
