10Q for AEGY states that iEquity is now in vote control of AEGY too. I guess Hipple figures 2 is better than 1.
The SEC frowns on banned officers from pulling an end-around to control public companies.
Has Hipple been banned by the SEC?
Don't forget Jan's involvement. He's linked to a couple intertwined "companies" that act as "registered agents" and as "the incorporator" for various creations including iEquity.
Has Jan been banned by the SEC?
Robert Hipple is connected with iEquity.
Connected? Hipple through CF Consulting(also a Hipple "company")was "the incorporator" of iEquity and lists Jan as a director and president and the "incorporator" as the secretary.
There are other Hipple creations intertwined too. Indian River Financials and CFOs to go is another although the CFOs to go appears to be a fake name because it isn't registered in Florida
