The SEC frowns on banned officers from pulling an end-around to control public companies.

Never mind the divy that was a complete lie used to sell shares.

Seen how much is wrong in the sister company's financials?
Could be many people surprised in what this is going to turn out.
Won't be good to be long SKTO.
